The organisation is currently kept running smoothly by our very friendly and competent two Co-ordinators: Mary Blackford and Barbara Russell. Solara Zwaneveld assists with relief co-ordinating duties and administration.
A Management Committee oversees the running of this organisation. The committee is made up of volunteers. The Client Representative identifies positive feedback and/or issues from a client perspecitive and brings this to Management attention.
Staff attend client assessments, ongoing home visits, program organisation, service administration and volunteer recruitment. They can provide information on a range of community services.
Our organisation is part of a network of similar services.
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday to Friday. An answering machine will record messages when the office is unattended.
