Meetings are held at Neal House, Wallsend Hospital campus and begin at 9:30 a.m.
A General meeting is held on the last Tuesday of each month and is open for all volunteers to attend. Potential volunteers are welcome to attend these meetings.
At these meetings our Tuesday, Thursday and Friday programs are organised for volunteers to attend. Volunteers are encouraged to report on time spent with clients and/or share their experiences on our programs.
General meetings are also an opportunity for volunteers to meet with each other and with staff to socialise with a cuppa.
The Management Committee meet on the second last Tuesday of each month for decision-making and discussion on all apsects of the running of the organisation.
